Reviva Cleaning & Restoration is a specialty crew built around one idea: the parts of a house nobody sees — the ductwork, the vent line, the stone underfoot — deserve the same craftsmanship as the parts everyone photographs.
Reviva doesn't mow lawns, mop floors, or run a general janitorial route. We run five disciplines — air duct and dryer vent systems, natural stone and Saltillo tile, tile & grout, carpet, and upholstery — and we run them to a documented standard, not a guess. The same discipline carries into carpet and upholstery: fiber identification before chemistry selection, pre-treatment matched to the soil type, and extraction equipment run at the temperature and dwell time a fiber can actually tolerate.

We are not the cheapest air duct cleaning in Houston, and we don't try to be. Our pricing reflects source-removal equipment, trained technicians, and documentation most competitors skip entirely.
